Comission Info

Currently open for comissions. If you would like to comission us, please read everything below before contacting us.

 

GENERAL

We reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason and issue the customer a full refund.

Once a commission is paid for, the design is considered finalized and changes to design will only be made at artist discretion. If changes requested by the customer are accepted, they may incur an additional fee. (This fee will be disclosed before changes are made, and changes will not be made until fee is paid.

By commissioning us, the customer accepts they are paying me to make an item in our style. All efforts will be made to make the item as close to the design the customer has chosen as possible. But as a handmade item, all items will be influenced by the style of the artist creating them.

WE WILL NOT create another plush artists’ original plush unless given written consent.

Colors may vary from on screen to in person. Make sure screen is not on night mode.

Turnaround time for custom orders is 6-10 business weeks. As shipping carrier are currently experiencing delays this time may be extend if fabric must be shipped in for the commission.

Customer is entitled to an update on the progress of their commission with photos every 2 weeks.

We will attempt to automatically give these but if we fail to remember the customer has a right to request one.

All items are considered “soft sculptures” and NOT toys. They are not safety tested for children and not designed to withstand play. Should not be given to anyone under age 14.

By purchasing an item/commission, the customer acknowledges they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

PAYMENT

All prices are in USD. If you need to arrange some form of payment plan, note me BEFORE requesting a commission. Prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping price will vary depending on size of plush and destination. Plushies will be shipped from USA. 

Plushies that were paid in full will get created before those that are paid with a payment plan. 

All sales are FINAL and not eligible for returns or refunds once it is shipped. 

25% of the plush cost (not including shipping) is required as a down payment to cover supplies. This is NON-REFUNDABLE 

 

COPYRIGHTS 

If the customer created the original design of the item, they retain rights to their design only. we retain rights to the design of the actual plush and any sewing and embroidery patterns used in it. Customer may NOT use the plush for wholesale use. If the customer plans for wholesale use, let us know before starting the item to discuss royalties. 

We will not remake a customer’s character for another customer without the original customer’s written consent.

We retain the rights to post photos of the creation and finished process with or without crediting the customer for the character design. However we will not claim the character design as my own if it was created by the customer.

The customer has the right to post their own photos of their item with or without crediting us (Though credit would be highly appreciated). The customer may NOT take credit for creating the item, and if asked who the creator is, credit us.

Customer may NOT post any photos sent to them privately without my written consent.

Customer may repost any photos we post publicly of their item but may not alter them to remove any watermarks.
