All items will be shipped with tracking number via USPS unless stated otherwise. Items will ONLY be shipped to the address provided at time of purchase.
Once an item is accepted by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for it. We cannot control or influence shipping times. Be aware that your country's customs may charge an import tax for the item.
We cannot guarantee if insurance claims will be accepted or not as this is handled by a 3rd party company.
To be eligible to place an insurance claim for items lost or damaged in the mail customer must provide all information and photos requested of them

- This may include but is not limited to, date of item received, photos of the external packaging and shipping label, photos of the internal packaging, photos of the item, photos of any damage present, etc.
- IF THE EXTERNAL PACKAGING IS DAMAGED I highly recommend taking photos of it BEFORE opening it, and taking a video of opening the package recording any damage external or internal present.
BIRD ALLERGY WARNING - There are birds that produce dander in the studio. However, they produce less dander than other pets, and their dander is not as sticky as that of other animals. Please be aware that items MAY carry bird allergens on them.
